29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a. On or about April 12, 2019, the employer did not ensure the live 120V electrical conductors located on the Extruder Line #4 take up machine were guarded against accidental contact. b. On or about April 12, 2019, the employer did not ensure the live electrical conductors located on the control panel of the North Hampton #9 buncher machine were guarded against accident contact.
