29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) The employer did not ensure flexible cords were connected to devices and fittings so that tension was not transmitted to joints or terminal screws. This violation was observed on or about January 23, 2019, in the mail room area; where the flexible cord of the UV Dry machine, model: MCS 10' conveyor, did not have strain relief device causing a transmission of tension to joints and or terminals.
