29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) East side of Fabrication Shop- Interior door area: An extension cord was used to power a DeWalt chop saw, on or about 4/3/18. b) Center of Fabrication Shop- Exterior door area: An extension cord was used to power a router that was mounted to the door machine, on or about 4/3/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
