29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Hose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment were not designed for the pressure and service to which they are subjected. The employer does not ensure that hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment are designed for the use. This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017 in multiple areas throughout the facility, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by pressurized pneumatic lines. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps that is taking to ensure hose clamps are not used on pneumatic lines
