29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a. On or about August 17, 2017, located at the Coil and Plate Storage Building, there was an electrical panel box that had multiple breakers missing with the unused openings not covered, thereby exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard of 480 volts and/or arc flash incident. b.
