29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Engine Room (Processing Plant) On or about March 9, 2016 and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work next to an electrical outlet with live parts exposed.
