29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical hazards associated with using temporary flexible cords in lieu of permanent wiring. The most recent occurrence of this was found at the facility located at 9620 S. Railroad Ave, Bridgeport, NE 69336 where the employer has employees using a yellow temporary flexible cord to provide permanent power for the Ingersoll Rand #2 machine in the milling plant.
