29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting, the load contacted obstructions: a) Boccella Precast, LLC. - Production plant located at 122 AC Moore Drive, Berlin NJ: An employee was injured while lowering a steel I beam to the ground, the I beam stands on four metal brackets (10 inches deep X 8 inches long X 1/2 wide). The stands landed on top of dry concrete debris which made it unstable and slid into an employee's left foot and ankle causing him to have broken bones from the incident, on or about 12/11/2015.
