29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a. 450 N. Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ - Repair bay circuit breaker box Electrical circuit breaker box did not have knockouts in place to prevent employees from accidental contact with live electrical circuits did not have effectively closed openings. The circuit breaker in the repair bay, used to control the interior lights and other appliances had the knockouts missing where there were not circuit breakers. Violation observed on or about February 22, 2016
