29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was in a passageway or general open space and was not suitably guarded when normally enclosed live parts were exposed for inspection or servicing: Employees of Breedlove Foods Inc., were exposed to burn and struck- by hazards, in the Raw Room next to the bins, while access to electrical panels was blocked by the flume flow control valve mounted on PVC pipe lines.
