29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii): Where practicable, all combustibles were not relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the work site. Where relocation was impracticable, combustibles were not protected with flameproofed covers or otherwise shielded with metal or asbestos guards or curtains: a/ At the Kieserling Line, combustibles were not relocated or suitably covered whenever arc welding or oxy-fuel cutting work was performed in the aisleways where large quantities of combustible liquids were present. These combustible liquids consisted primarily of NRG AW Hydraulic Fluid, Exxon Petroleum Metalworking Fluid, Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, and Masterdraw. b/ At the Schumag Line, combustibles were not relocated or suitably covered whenever arc welding or oxy-fuel cutting work was performed in the aisleways where large quantities of combustible liquids were present. These combustible liquids consisted primarily of NRG AW Hydraulic Fluid, Exxon Petroleum Metalworking Fluid, Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, and Masterdraw. c/ At the Danieli Line, combustibles were not relocated or suitably covered whenever whenever arc welding or oxy-fuel cutting work was performed in the aisleways where large quantities of combustible liquids were present. These combustible liquids consisted primarily of NRG AW Hydraulic Fluid, Exxon Petroleum Metalworking Fluid, Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, and Masterdraw. A fire broke out on or about August 11, 2015 at an area of this production line called the Tester Area. d/ At Building #2, combustibles were not relocated or suitably covered at the Draw Bench Line whenever arc welding or oxy-fuel cutting work was performed in the aisleways where large quantities of combustible liquids were present. These combustible liquids consisted primarily of NRG AW Hydraulic Fluid, Exxon Petroleum Metalworking Fluid, Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, and Masterdraw.
