29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a. Board Trim saw area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the 220 volt fuse electrical box for the saw was equipped with a door that was damaged and would not close exposing the live conductors to getting wet and to employee contact, on or about 03/18/2015. b. At the power panel near the band saws, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a metal 4-way outlet box had one of the two outlet components pushed in and bent to the side, on or about 03/18/2105.
