29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) For the Commercial Warehousing refrigeration facility at 101 and 102 Industrial Blvd., Winter Haven, as observed on or about 01/15/2015, eyewash/shower stations were not accessible in the work area in that eyewash/shower stations were not located within ammonia refrigeration engine rooms where refrigeration technicians worked.
