Building 58, Set-up Area: On, or about, January 15, 2015, an extension cord was used to energize a computer kiosk that was used by employees to track orders. B. Building 4, Maintenance Area: On, or about, January 20, 2015 an extension cord was used to energize a light fixture provided over the TCM control panel. C. Building 34, Maintenance Shop: On, or about, February 13, 2015, two extension cords were used to energize overhead lights near the Back Bay door.
