29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: The employer does not ensure that a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure is conducted at least annually. This violation was observed on or about November 25, 2014, at the facility, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught-in and struck by hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedure are conducted at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed.
