29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in multiple locations in building #7, pendant boxes were attached to the end of flexible cords and were not installed in accordance with listing or labeling. b.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in multiple locations in building #1, pendant boxes were attached to the end of flexible cords and were not installed in accordance with listing or labeling. c.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in multiple locations in building #1, pendant boxes were attached to the end of flexible cords and were not installed in accordance with listing or labeling. d.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the north end of building #7, a relocatable power tap was attached to conduit and was not installed in accordance with listing or labeling. e.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the northeast corner of the pipe shop, a relocatable power tap hanging by its cord and in use was not installed in accordance with listing or labeling. f.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the north end of building #1, a relocatable power tap was attached to the structure powering a microwave and was not installed in accordance with listing or labeling.
