29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iii): Internal parts of electrical equipment, including busbars, wiring terminals, insulators, and other surfaces, were damaged or contaminated by foreign materials such as paint, plaster, cleaners, abrasives, or corrosive residues: On or about May 10,2023, the start switch to the KASST Horizontal Band Saw (Model: KAAST HBSA 380C / Serial: 1408042) was broken / damaged. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
