29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. a - On or about June 9, 2021, at Plant 4, at the Line 2, Pac Mac machine scale, employees operating the equipment were exposed to electrical shock as electrical extension cords were used as a means of permanently powering the equipment. b - On or about June 9, 2021, at Plant 4, at the Line 2, RTE box machine employees operating the equipment were exposed to electrical shock as electrical extension cords were used as a means of permanently powering the equipment.
