29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii): The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for the presence of combustible gases, vapors, and toxic agents prior to employee entry: The employer does not protect employees from atmospheric hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Grinding Mill, the employer did not implement a means of performing atmospheric testing inside of a silo prior to authorizing employee(s) to enter that structure that contained oats. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
