29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: On or about February 21, 2017, in building 1, an employee was using a Miller welder to weld metal products for a feeder where the ground lead (electrode), which still carries DC voltage was damage, exposing the internal copper conductors. Employees exposed to the an electrical shock hazard.
