29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Rail mill and rod mill: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical shock hazards when working near flexible cords in use as a substitute for permanent facility power to operate a light at a work bench south of the power free area and a microwave oven in a pulpit west of the stacking bed. Abatement Note: Employer completed abatement during inspection.
