29 CFR 1910.307(c)(2)(i): Equipment was not approved for the class of location and for the ignitable or combustible properties of the specific gas, vapor, dust, or fiber that was present. a. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about September 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure equipment such as, but not limited to, the 110 volt receptacle being used in the production area to power a salamander heater was approved for a Class II hazardous location. b. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about September 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure equipment such as, but not limited to, a 240 volt receptacle being used in the production area to power the notcher was approved for a Class II hazardous location. c. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about September 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure equipment such as, but not limited to, the 110 volt lights being used in the production area were approved for a Class II hazardous location. d.
