29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: a) Production area, rear aisle area - On or about April 8, 2014, the flexible cord for a Dayton 2PA29 belt and disc sander was spliced to gain additional length without use of proper slicing devices or methods, exposing employees to a potential electric shock hazard.
