29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Shop-Wide: Employees are required to use hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, AlbaChem dry silicone, and wood dust from cutting laminate wood. The employer did not provide affected employees with information and training on the safe methods for handling and using hazardous chemicals and substances, on or about 7/2/24.
