29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Main Warehouse - On or about December 20, 2023, employees were required to use and work in proximity to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, those found in M102-0420: isobutyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propane, acetone, n-butane, toluene, butanol, cellulose nitrate, cellulose ester, butyl cellosolve, isopropanol, and n-butyl acetate and were not trained on the chemical hazards.
