29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) 4022 Mill Road, Skaneateles, NY 13152, on or about September 14, 2022, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Isopropyl Alcohol, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Methyl Ethyl Ketone, and Clorox Bleach. Employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets in the workplace. Abatement certification is required.
