29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i):Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a. Pump Room: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the electrical equipment located on hot water pump from which employees worked around had an electrical housing unit that was not closed. b. Shipping Dock: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the electrical equipment located on power panel #6 from which employees walked next to, had an electrical housing unit that was not closed.
