29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: (a) ContractOne, Inc. at 105 Base Camp Circle, Granby, CO 80446: On or before June 14, 2018 the employer did not provide information and training to employees in regards to safety data sheets. Employees use chemicals such as Diesel Fuel, Gasoline, 27-XL Pipe Joint Lubricant, ProSelect Pipe Joint Lubricant, TMTC6 Tapping Compound, Solvent Based Spray Paint, Roberts Wood Flooring Adhesive, and Easy Sand 5 Patching Compound. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards. Note: 1926.59 states that the requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200.
