29 CFR 1910.254(b)(4)(iv): Terminals for welding leads were not protected from accidental contact by personnel or metal objects: On or about February 21, 2017, in building 2, an employee was using the Miller CP-200 welder. The employee welds various metals for the hunting blinds where the caps were missing off the welding terminals. Employee exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
