29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about August 11, 2016, and times prior thereto, at this establishment, employees used equipment that had an improper repair where an electrical plug had been spliced to the flexible cord on the equipment: a. An extension flexible cord used with portable grinders; and, b. An extension flexible cord connected to a Metal Cutting Table Circular Saw.
