29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(ii): Protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials were not used to protect each employee from shock, burns, or other electrically related injuries while that employee was working near exposed energized parts which might be accidentally contacted or where dangerous electric heating or arcing could have occurred: a/ The employer is failing to protect employees from arc flash and or electrocution hazards. This condition was last observed on and about 05/05/16, at 16051 MO-HWY 47, Marthasville, MO 63357. Inside of Building #1, three General Electric 60 AMP Disconnect Boxes are installed on a live, 480 volt, Middle Row Bus Duct. Appropriate protective shields, barriers, or insulating materials are neither available nor worn to protect the employee from this hazard.
