29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) South rail dock crane: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, crane wiring and equipment did not comply with Subpart S per 1910.179(g)(1)(i), in that workers were exposed to injuries related to electrical fires, shock, and electrocution where the crane cab heater cord entered a panel with no protection from the sharp edges of the opening. Abatement Note: Employer completed abatement during inspection.
