29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Each hand-fed circular ripsaw was not provided with nonkickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: a) At 4215 Tholozan Ave in St. Louis, MO 63116 (Milling Area) - On or about 12/09/2015, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where a "Delta" 10-inch tilting arbor saw was not provided with nonkickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator. b) At 4215 Tholozan Ave in St. Louis, MO 63116 (Milling Area) - On or about 12/09/2015, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where a "Rockwell" (Model: 12/14) 10-inch tilting arbor saw was not provided with nonkickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator.
