29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(iii): Employee(s) required to use PPE by this section were not trained to know how to don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE: a. On or about October 15, 2014, paint building, the employer did not ensure an employee was trained to properly doff a head sock and a tyvek suit worn during top coat spraying which exposes employees to coating which contains hazardous chemicals including but not limited to isocyanate, mineral spirits, and VM&P naphtha.
