29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: The employer is failing to protect employees from infectious disease hazards associated with cleaning up after an incident where there is human blood or other body fluids present. This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 2500 Old Hadar Rd. Norfolk, NE 68701; where the employer has employees cleaning up after a an incident in the plant that resulted in an employee having her hand amputated and the employee was not afforded the opportunity to receive a Hepatitis B vaccination prior to cleaning up the contaminated site or the opportunity to consult with a doctor afterwards.
