29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the middle building #7, strain relief was not provided on an extension cord used in the shop exposing the internal wiring. b.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, on the north end of building #7, strain relief was not provided on an extension cord used in the shop exposing the internal wiring. c.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in enclosure #6 of the pipe shop, strain relief was not provided on an extension cord used in the shop exposing the internal wiring. d.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in bay #4 of building #1, strain relief was not provided on an extension cord used in the shop exposing the internal wiring.
