29 CFR 1915.505(a)(2)(i): The employer did not describe the internal and the external fire response organization, that the employer will use in the written policy. On or about March 15, 2024, onboard the Cuyahoga vessel moored at the Port of Ashtabula, Kinder Morgan Pinney Dock; Minnesota slip, A/B dock side, a large fire occurred and the employer failed to establish an internal and external fire response organization exposing employees to fire/burn hazards.
