29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about May 10, 2023, on the production floor / welding area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in the following instances: 1) A yellow extension cord being used by employees was connected to a relocatable power tap that was permanently affixed underneath the assembly table that powered a table lamp. 2) A grey extension cord being used by employees was connected to a relocatable power tap to power a fan in the welding area.
