29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a)Wheels America located at 777 W. Providence Rd. Lansdowne, PA 19050 - Production Area On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not provide permanent wiring to power multiple LED lighting used to illuminate the work areas. The employer used temporary extension cords throughout the facility to power lights for greater than 90 days in lieu of permanent writing.
