29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(iii): Covers for boxes were not permanently marked "HIGH VOLTAGE." The marking was not on the outside of the box cover and shall be readily visible and legible. On or about September 12, 2022, in the plating room, an electrical panel was not permanently marked "HIGH VOLTAGE". This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
