29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Metallic cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not weatherproof and were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) On or about June 9, 2022, a junction box located on the wall next to the eye wash in the truck bay was not covered or weatherproof. It was being shorted out due to water coming from leaking lines and overspray from the eye wash, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
