29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Site- Employees were not protected from electric shock and burns where relocatable power taps operating at 220-volts and 110-volts were used with power cords that were damaged and did not provide strain relief at the attachment plug and/or the housing of the relocatable power tap.
