29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): a. Kettle Room: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the automatic heated centrifuge machine from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. b. Kettle Room: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the paper filter machine from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. c. Pump Room: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the hot water pump from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. d. Pump Room: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the water pump from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. e. MCC Room: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the MCC panel from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. f. Canister Wall: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the electrical equipment from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. g. Shipping Dock: On or about 5/13/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the forklift battery charging station from which employees worked around daily had not been inspected to ensure it was free from recognized hazards. h.
