29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iv):Monthly inspections of hoist chains, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and an identifier of the chain which was inspected, were not performed: UTCRAS, Inc. located at 501Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) On or January 21, 2021, the employer did not maintain a certification record of inspections for KONECRANES overhead cranes. Employees operated overhead cranes on a daily basis that had hoist chains, including end connections, and other components that were not inspected.
