29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(7): The employer did not document, maintain, or retain for a minimum of 12 months the items checked, the results of the inspection, the name and signature of the person conducting the inspection, and the date of the inspection: (a)C & C Construction, Inc. at 82 Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Hazel SD 57242: On or about and at times prior to May 22, 2020, the employer did not ensure that inspection records regarding the Grove TMS 300 Crane, Model #8435G, were documented, maintained, or retained for a minimum of 12 months. This condition exposed employees to improper crane operations.
