29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each shift for chemicals used: ADHESIVE SPRAY AREA: On or about and at times prior to March 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the safety data sheets on file were the most recent version published by the manufacturer. Specifically, the safety data sheet provided for a flammable adhesive that was manually sprayed by employees was outdated (February 2011).
