29 CFR 1910.306(k)(2)(viii): Flexible cords and cables were run on the ground in locations accessible to the public, and they were not covered with approved nonconductive mats. Cables and mats were arranged in a way that presented a tripping hazard: a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards from unprotected wiring which was used to power rides and concessions, which occurred on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
