29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) ContractOne, Inc. at 105 Base Camp Circle, Granby, CO 80446: On or before June 14, 2018 the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical used at the jobsite. These chemicals include Diesel Fuel, Gasoline, 27-XL Pipe Joint Lubricant, ProSelect Pipe Joint Lubricant, TMTC6 Tapping Compound, Solvent Based Spray Paint, Roberts Wood Flooring Adhesive, and Easy Sand 5 Patching Compound. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards. Note: 1926.59 states that the requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200.
