29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces; a) Machine Shop - A powered orange flexible cord used to power a fluorescent shop light, was observed secured to a steel chain hanging from a metal I beam on or before April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
