29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed): On or about April 20, 2017: a) Outside Building C, employees were engaged in detailing vehicles while using electrical outlets to provide power to portable equipment such as, but not limited to portable lamps. The flexible cords were plugged into electrical outlets missing weatherproof covers.
